Since October 2008, as of June 20, 2013, ECHA published a total of nine batches of 144 after the list of substances of very high concern (SVHC). According to the REACH regulations, SVHC need to perform the following duties and obligations:
1 as a matter of sales, you need to downstream users SDS (Safety Data Sheet).
2 as a mixture of a substance (preparation) in that when this matter content ≥ 0.1%, the downstream users need to mention SDS.
3 SVHC in articles in the mass percentage> 0.1% must be demanded by consumers or items to recipients in 45 days to provide sufficient information available free, or at least explain the material name.
4 notification obligation:
